1. In relation to any and all land, and any immoveable property/building on that land, for each and every part of the area known as Westfort Hospital in Danville, west of Pretoria, along the southern slopes of the Daspoort Rand (also previously known as the Daspoort Hospital, Pretoria Leprosy Hospital, West Fort Hospital or Westfort Leprosy Hospital) (the hospital) including the associated cemeteries (the cemeteries), which are located on some portion or remaining extent of the farm Fort 646 JR (which may include portion 16, 31 and/or 226 of the Farm Pretoria Town and Townlands 351 JR and remaining extent of the Farm Broek Scheur 318 JR), provide whatever records are available in relation to both the hospital and/or cemeteries for any period from 1 January 2003 to date that:
• Set out whether either the hospital or cemeteries have been identified as a heritage resource/site, and if so, whether either of the hospital or cemeteries were categorised as a Grade I, Grade II or Grade III heritage resource, including (but not limited to) any applications or requests for the hospital or cemeteries to be categorised as a heritage resource,
• Contain any application or request for a permit to develop the hospital or cemeteries and also any associated documentation provided in support of that application of development including (but not limited to) historical, architectural and archeological reports,
• Appoint any person including (but not limited to) a heritage impact assessment practitioner, to conduct a heritage impact assessment or other historical or archeological report of the hospital or cemeteries site,
• Provide recommendations or decisions as to whether the hospital or cemeteries have been or will be identified or assessed as a heritage or resource, including (but not limited to) any Heritage Impact Assessments or other heritage reports or surveys,
• public consultation documents or advertisements of opportunities to provide comments on decisions to identify, assess or manage the hospital or cemeteries as a heritage resource (that are not already on the South African Heritage Resources Agency internet website),
• Any reports, notices or other information provided to any other department/organisation or person including (but not limited to) provincial or municipal heritage authorities, on the identification, maintenance or development of the hospital or cemeteries,
• [Any surveys, maps, drawings or photographs of the current hospital, cemeteries or land occupied by the hospital or cemeteries, including (but not limited to) locality plans and/or site development plans,
• Any surveys, maps, or drawings of proposed changes to the current hospital, cemeteries or land occupied by the hospital or cemeteries, including (but not limited to) locality plans and/or site development plans,
• Any notices provided to the Registrar of Deeds relating to the land occupied by the hospital or cemeteries,
• Any appeals against any decision by the South African Heritage Resources Agency about the hospital or cemeteries.
2. All records setting out the current South African Heritage Resources Agency policies and/or processes in relation to:
• The areas of responsibility of the South African Heritage Resources Agency, including (but not limited to) any reassessment of that authority as a national heritage resources authority,
• Identifying heritage resources,
• Criteria for classification of heritage resources as Grade I heritage resources,
• Assessing heritage resources/sites including (but not limited to) processes, checklists and other requirements for conducting a heritage assessment, or heritage report or survey,
• Managing Grade I heritage resources,
• Required interactions with other provincial or municipal organisations regarding heritage resources, and
• Appealing or complaining about a decision of the South African Heritage Resources Agency.
